What was the highlight of North Garden Suites

Great price for a nice room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was nice. Bed ok. Bathroom very good. Good value and great location. Short cab ride to SM and Abreesa malls. Lots of fast food outlets right there and lots of other foods around. I will stay again.

The bed was just ok.

Comfort at its best. The place is homey and quiet where you can truly relax.

- Good location, good breakfast (it's free), and most of all the cleanliness of the place. - Plenty of options to dine out (e.g. Jollibee, MCDo, Chowking, Burger King, and many more ... - And there's an elevator. I used to carry my heavy luggage using the stairs going up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. This is an excellent improvement of their facility. - I always feel at home at North Garden Suites.

Bad signal of WIFI inside the room.

Strategic location, with lots of 24hr restaurants within its immediate vicinity. Close to the Davao Diversion Road if you want to avoid downtown/main thoroughfare traffic.

Close to the airport, so expect some noise from planes landing.

Worth it

There were a lot of eating places around the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. The was free drinking water, just bring your own container (environmentally friendly).

I could not make the hot water function. Very short road to the hotel is not paves well.

What was the highlight of North Garden Suites

I'll definitely recommend you to stay here.

Bed especially the pillows are very comfy. Love the free breakfast, super yummy coffee. Great service by the barista name Louie. He let me try their yummy latte. Over all, it was an excellent stay and oh, stuff will help you get a cab. Place is very accessible. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Maybe they need to repaint the lobby. But just a suggestion.

The location is excellent when it comes to transport,jollibee is so close and other fast foods.mercury drug store is few steps away to purchase your necessities etc...it has a complementary water station just outside the rm.staffs are helpful and attentive,breakfast is great!:-)

Worth staying for with the price...

The breakfast was enough to fill the stomach before you start your day and the hotel was at the right location(peacefully). The politeness of the hotel staff. The hotel elevator was a surprised for me, I did not expect that ( never had mentioned from previous reviews.

The lighting was a bit yellow or dim, makes the room dull or lack of liveliness but the rest of the room was okay. About 20-25 meters way going to hotel from the main road was rough road. That's all for now...

Very serviceminded staff combined with new and stylish design. And very clean.

New building/exclusive style/clean/very service minded staff/good location (close to airport and malls). Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Regrets, I had a few...

I paid extra PHP500 for stained bed sheet. I dont know if I was scammed or the hotel boy was just lazy. The stain was from a lip balm. It was totally washable. There was no proper parking area. I could hear voices from another rooms.

Понравилось месторасположение, все что нужно рядом, кафе, торговые центры, массажные салоны, приятный отель.

Номера уже старенькие, можно было бы сделать легкий ремонт в ванных комнатах. Местами пыль вековая, на карнизах! К сожалению не было щёток, никакой посуды. Думаю за 1600 песо за ночь, могло быть чуточку получше )
